A realestate honcho and amateur painter — furious that his thengirlfriend was dating someone else — allegedly slipped into her Tribeca apartment and drew penises on his own artwork, sources said Monday.

Sean Ludwick, 41, managing partner at Manhattanbased Black House Development, also allegedly knifed the words “Studio Art” onto two stools and splashed the rest of the paint on the floor at the home of Lana Trevisan, 40, in a drunken rage on Feb. 17.

“I became unhappy when I found out she was having an affair,” Ludwick, 41, told The Post before his appearance Monday in Manhattan Criminal Court. “I augmented my work to reflect my emotions at that moment.”

Ludwick used his own key to enter Trevisan’s apartment at around 11:30 p.m. and painted yellow images “in the shape of penises” on his artwork, a Criminal Court complaint says.

Trevisan, corporate director of food and beverage at the Gansevoort Hotel Group, came home to find her apartment trashed.

“It’s all my artwork,” Ludwick said. “I’m an amateur artist, and they’re displayed in my place. I just wanted to update the pieces.”

Ludwick also used Trevisan’s computer to email lewd messages to executives at her company, claiming she “has engaged in relationships with married men, including her current supervisor,” the complaint says.

The next day, Ludwick sent another email to her bosses, accusing Trevisan of being a homewrecker who broke up four marriages and labeling her a “harlot,” the complaint states.

He later allegedly texted Trevisan a lame apology.

“Sorry about the paint, I was a little drunk this weekend,” it read, according to the complaint.

Ludwick was arrested last Wednesday and charged with computer trespassing, aggravated harassment, criminal mischief, stalking and impersonation.

“It’s hard to believe he was arrested for a felony based on these limp allegations,” said defense lawyer Daniel Ollen.

Trevisan could not be reached for comment.

Ludwick, who lives in a swanky apartment on Sutton Place, moved out of the Tribeca apartment he and Trevisan shared after he learned she was having an affair, lawenforcement sources said.

The two apparently shacked up after Ludwick left his wife and two children to be with Trevisan, the source said.

“I’m done with this. I’m moving on,” Ludwick said of the relationship.
