A construction worker plummeted 24 stories to his death Tuesday down an unfinished elevator shaft at the future site of a luxury hotel in Hell’s Kitchen, police sources said.

Christian Gisci, 25, of Jersey City fell at 301 West 46th St. at 12: 40 p. m., tumbling into the building’s basement, officials said. He was employed by elevator service company GTech Associates.

He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition, but died from his injuries at 1: 26 p. m.

The 30story Riu Plaza Times Square hotel is being built by the Rinaldi Group and slated to be finished this summer.
