Ahmed Mohammed’s hotdog prices fluctuated from $3 to $30, according to the footagecaptured by WNBC/Channel 4.

The sneaky sales tactics aren’t kosher in a city that should be welcoming visitors, said Jessica Lappin of the Alliance for Downtown —which has received five complaints about Mohammed since May 13.
