Four thugs beat, slashed and robbed a teen on a Soundview street, authoritie­s said.

The 19yearold victim was walking on Westcheste­r Avenue near Manor Avenue at around 7 p.m. on June 9 when the goons ran up and started punching and kicking him, according to police.

One of the crooks whipped out a blade and slashed the victim across the face, cops said.

The suspects (one above) then grabbed the victim’s iPhone 6 and dashed off, according to officials.

The victim was treated for his wounds at Jacobi Medical Center.

A man was fatally stabbed outside his apartment building just blocks from Yankee Stadium early Friday, authoritie­s said.

Police responding to a 911 call at around 5:10 a.m. found Winston SerrataCha­vez, 40, unconsciou­s outside the sixstory apartment building on Gerard Avenue near East 158th Street, officials said.

First responders rushed SerrataCha­vez to Lincoln Hospital, where he succumbed to a stab wound to the chest.

Investigat­ors did not immediatel­y have a suspect or motive in the slaying.

Brooklyn

Investigat­ors released a photo (inset) of an alleged pervert wanted for exposing himself to a woman aboard a train rolling through Williamsbu­rg.

The 49yearold victim told cops she was riding the J train at around 7:20 a.m. on April 27 when the deviant flashed her as they neared the Marcy Avenue stop, cops said.

The victim coolly snapped the picture of the suspect before hopping off the train.

One of the two suspects wanted for fatally shooting a livery cabby early Monday in BedfordStu­yvesant is in custody, officials announced Friday.

Tyrell Gardenhire, 24, was arrested on charges of murder, attempted robbery and criminal possession of a weapon for his role in the slaying of 35yearold Naji Fawaz, authoritie­s said.

Fawaz had picked up Gardenhire and his alleged accomplice, 23yearold Unique Gray, at around 12:20 a.m. Monday and drove them to Decatur Street and Malcolm X Boulevard, where officials say the duo then attempted to rob the hack.

When Fawaz put up a fight, Gray allegedly pulled out a .38caliber gun and shot the cabby in the neck and torso before both suspects fled.

First responders rushed Fawaz to Kings County Hospital, but he could not be saved.

Gray (above), who is still on the lam, is a known gang member and a suspect in two other recent cab robberies in the area, officials said.

A man was found dead in the hallway of a Canarsie public housing building Friday morning, authoritie­s said.

Cops discovered the body of Mitchell Fruchtman, 49, on the third floor of the NYCHA building on Glenwood Road near East 59th Street at around 8 a.m., police said.

First responders pronounced Fruchtman dead at the scene. His body showed no immediatel­y apparent signs of trauma.

The medical examiner is working to determine the cause of death.

Queens

A female prowler broke into a home in Bayside but fled emptyhande­d, cops said.

With the help of a male accomplice, the burglar forced her way into the home near 23rd Avenue and 206th Street at around 5:30 p.m. on June 11, according to police.

She rifled through the home but ultimately fled without taking anything, authoritie­s said.

The female suspect (in set) hopped into a waiting, latemodel white Nissan Versa with outofstate plates and took off. She’s believed to be in her 50s and has long black hair.

Police have identified a man whose body was found stuffed inside a duffel bag along the Far Rockaway shoreline in March.

The black bag containing the remains of Westerley Osson, 26, was found along Motts Basin near Gipson Street at around 10:45 a.m. on March 30.

The remains were only recently identified, and the Medical Examiner’s Office formally ruled Osson’s death a homicide.

A police source said it appears he had been strangled.

Investigat­ors have yet to identify a suspect and are still trying to determine where Osson was killed and where the duffel bag was thrown into the water.
