Sandberg takes seat

Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg has joined the board of Survey Monkey, the online survey platform headed by her late husband Dave Goldberg, the company said Monday.

Goldberg died suddenly in May while on a vacation in Mexico. He reportedly was the largest stakeholder in the company in the privatecompany.

“I’m looking forward to working with the board and this amazing team and help to realize Dave’s vision of buildinga lasting company that will impact the way we all do business for years to come,” Sandberg said in a statement.

Lyra Health CEO David Ebersman also joined the board at Monday’s meeting.
