The naked & the dread

- Tom Wilson and Beckie Strum

A topless desnuda tipseeker who got into a brawl with a female hater on Saturday says she doesn’t feel safe in Times Square anymore.

“I just got attacked yesterday — why would I feel safe? I don’t feel afraid here, but I don’t feel protected,” said Amanda Roman, 23, who was back on the job (above), prancing around topless in red, white and blue body paint.

Fists flew on Saturday when an angry passerby, identified as Angela L. Portalatin, 27, insulted Roman, called her a “nasty whore,” and then allegedly punched her in the face, police and witnesses said.

In front of shocked tourists, Portalatin and Roman, dressed in only a thong, a feather headdress and a layer of paint, began fighting on the street.

Roman blasted the police’s response to the tussle, saying cops stationed in Times Square could have intervened faster.

“All these cops are supposedly here to protect us, but they take their sweet time. I got roughed up before they got over to help,” she said.

When the police did arrive to break up the fights, officers slapped handcuffs on Roman over the protests of witnesses who said the other woman started it, according to video footage taken by a bystander.

Despite this, Roman said she was treated well at the station.

“They were fine. It was all very respectful,” she said.

Cops have issued disorderlyconduct summonses to both women since neither is pressing charges.

“I’m not posting charges. I don’t want to go through all that. l just want to put it behind me,” she sighed.

“She tried to say I attacked her first, but there were a million videos of her starting it.”
