I swear to stay sober

-

Supermodel Stephanie Seymour signed up for two alcohol programs that could lead to the dismissal of her drunkendriving charge, she said in Connecticut court Tuesday.

The 47yearold former Victoria’s Secret swimsuit model — who cops say backed her Range Rover into another vehcile near an Interstate 95 exit ramp in Greenwich last month — told a Stamford judge she has applied to alcohol rehab and diversion programs.

Dressed in a sleek black suit and heels, the former cover girl told Superior Court Judge Auden Grogins she has no prior criminal history.

Seymour’s lawyer, Philip Russell, said she was humiliated by the arrest and is taking the charges seriously.

“Ms. Seymour had a career in fashion, but in this instance, she is just like 3,500 other motorists in Connecticut who have made a similar error,” Russell told the Hartford Courant.

“She’s not looking for any special treatment or preferential treatment of any kind. She just wants to get through this,” he said.

Seymour, pictured in court on Tuesday (above), was unsteady with bloodshot eyes when she was arrested on Jan. 15, according to police.

She also refused field sobriety tests, cops said.

On Monday, she was also charged with crashing into a utility pole and fleeing the scene in a separate incident that night.

She is due back in court on April 4, when the cases against her could be dismissed.

Seymour, who is a mother of four, has battled substance abuse in the past.

In 2000, she checked into rehab at Silver Hill Hospital in Connecticut. Natalie O’Neill, with Post Wires
