Weird but true

He is gnome more. A Florida museum is hunting for its missing light-up gnome.

Cornell Art Museum in Delray Beach says the 3foot statue was swiped from a pedestal where it was perched as part of an electricity exhibit.

The museum is offering a $500 reward for whoever safely “brings the gnome home.” Cops were on the “case.” Five crooks were busted for swiping packages of Red Bull worth $4,700 in Oakland, Calif., police said.

The thirsty thieves allegedly stole the energy drinks from a grocery store and wheeled them onto a UHaul — but were caught in the act, according to police.

“Red Bull gives you wings . . . or in this case, a pair of shiny bracelets and some time in jail,” boasted a Vacaville Police Department Facebook post. He’s in a legal jam. A Massachusetts man claims he was forced to plunk down $12,000 in legal fees over a $40 printer.

Doug Costello, 66, sold a used printer for $40 on Craigslist in 2009, he said.

The buyer, Gersh Zavodnik — whom a judge once called lawsuit-happy — claimed the printer was broken and sued him for $6,000, he said.

To fight the suit, Costello spent $12,000 in legal fees over 6¹/2 years.

This zoo is wild for Broadway.

Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago named its new baby camel Alexander Camelton — in “a nod to the founding father and the hit musical.”

The adorable baby camel was born on May 9. This heist is bananas. A monkey swiped $144 from a store in India.

The curious critter lifted the cash from a jewelry store in Guntur, surveillance footage revealed.

A worker offered the penny-pinching primate a banana — but he went ape and bolted from the shop, store owners said.
