A child psychologist is on the run after being accused of having sex with a 15-year-old patient, police said Wednesday.

Clifton Ables (above) performed a sexual act with the boy in a Parkchester home in November, cops said.

Ables was arrested in March after someone reported to police that the troubled boy was being held against his will in an inappropriate living arrangement with the shrink, sources said.

Ables, 51, denied any wrongdoing, telling investigators he took the boy into his home as an act of compassion to remove him from a chaotic home life.

Ables was suspended from his job with the state Office of Mental Health as prosecutors investigated.

He has since skipped town, cops said.

Authorities are asking other patients who may have been abused by Ables to come forward.

Cops are looking for two suspects (inset) in a cab shooting incident in Crown Heights, police said.

A 24-yearold driver was dropping off passengers on Pacific Street near a part of Nostrand Avenue called Birdel’s Records Way on Monday when a shooter fired several times into the taxi and into the rear window of an unoccupied van, cops said. No one was injured.

The gunman is 18 to 25 years old and was wearing a black baseball cap, a dark T-shirt, dark sweat pants and black glasses.

An accomplice who handed him the weapon is also 18 to 25 years old and was wearing a blue Tshirt, a dark baseball cap and sunglasses.

A man who allegedly assaulted two Muslim teenagers in front of a Sunset Park mosque turned himself in Wednesday, authorities said.

James Vallaro, 37, walked into the 72nd Precinct with his attorney at about 9 a.m., cops said.

Vallaro is accused of beating the teens after they allegedly harassed his girlfriend as she sat in a car near the Madine Muslim Community Center on Third Avenue early Sunday.

Police said the boys, 17 and 16, tried to talk to the woman — opening her door and trying to stick their heads in her window — for 30 minutes prior to the attack.

Vallaro then got out of the car and beat them to a pulp while calling them “f--king terrorists,” police said.

“You Muslims are the cause of all the problems in the world!” he also allegedly screamed.

Although police are still questioning Vallaro, the incident is not being investigated as a hate crime because the boys’ faith was not the motivating factor.

Vallaro had not been charged as of Wednesday evening.

Queens

An off-duty NYPD sergeant was charged with beating up and choking his officer girlfriend at her Ozone Park home Wednesday, police sources said.

Sergio Gonzalez, 36, got into an argument with the 28-year-old woman at about 3:20 a.m. before putting his hands on her, the sources said.

When the woman grabbed Gonzalez’s car keys and ran into a bathroom, he allegedly put his fist through the door.

He then choked her on a couch, leaving her with a bruised neck, the sources said.

He has been charged with harassment, criminal mischief and obstruction of breathing.

Manhattan

A man and a woman (above) pulled off a gunpoint bank heist in Chelsea, authorities said Wednesday.

At about 4 p.m. Monday, they walked into the Northeast Community branch on West 23rd Street and lurked for a while before the woman went over to a table and pretended to fill out a deposit slip while her partner went up to a teller station, authorities said.

When a worker came to the window, the man handed the woman a shoulder bag and allegedly passed a note demanding money, then pulled a semiautomatic gun with black tape on it.

He stuck the gun under the protective glass and aimed it at the employee, authorities said.

The teller handed over cash and the suspects fled.

The man is around 40, about 6 feet tall and bald. He was wearing sunglasses, a gray dress shirt and a black vest.

The woman is also in her 40s and was wearing a black baseball cap, sunglasses and a black T-shirt.
