Police are hunting for two teens who allegedly grabbed a woman’s cellphone on a train in Wakefield.

The boys were seated across from the 19-yearold victim on a Brooklynbound No. 2 train at 9 a.m. on June 20.

The suspects (left) exited at the 233rd Street station but one of them ran back onto the train and grabbed the woman’s phone and fled with his pal, cops said.

The victim was on a southbound No. 2 train near the Nereid Avenue station at 8:20 p.m. on July 13, when three other boys pulled a gun on him.

A thief who stole a girl’s iPhone in Midtown jumped into the East River in a bid to escape police, authorities said.

The 13-year-old victim was walking near Third Avenue and East 51st Street at about 8 a.m. Wednesday when the thief rolled up on a bike, ripped the phone out of her hand and fled.

Police from the 17th Precinct used the FindMyiPhone app to track the device to East 23rd Street near the East River, where they spotted the thief, whom they identified as Eulofio Cardona, 33.

Cardona dived into the river to escape cops, police said.

When he refused to return to land, two Emergency Service Unit cops suited up, dived into the water and nabbed him.
