‘Suit is XXX-tortion’
A world-famous violinist known as the “David Beckham of classical music” is firing back at his porn star ex-girlfriend, calling her a gold-digging extortionist for accusing him of forcing her to drink his urine when he refused to pay her millions. Juilliard-trained David Garrett lays bare his infatuation with the curvaceous stripper known by her stage name Kendall Karson in a $10 million countersuit against his ex. Garrett, 35, met Karson, 28, whose real name is Ashley Youdan, through a Los Angeles escort service, The Luxury Companion, in 2014, his Manhattan countersuit says. “Karson’s seduction of Garrett began with the highly provocative language used to advertise her services as well as her own posts to her social media feeds of sexually graphic messages and photos,” according to court papers. Garrett “quickly became enamored” and Karson started calling herself his fiancée. He says there was never a formal marriage proposal. Still Garrett put her up in his Manhattan loft and paid her a $10,000 monthly stipend in the hopes that she’d leave porn to be- came a real-estate agent.
“In reality, Karson used Garrett’s money to finance regular parties filled with her friends from the sextrade . . . in his absence,” he says in court papers.
Karson “bilked Garrett out of hundreds of thousands of dollars by convincing him that she loved him and would leave her former life [for] him,” the filing says.
She also continued to strip and appear in erotic films, the countersuit says.
“When Garrett discovered the lies and decided to end the relationship Karson shifted from seduction to extortion,” he claims.
He broke up with her in March 2015. She responded by demanding $300,000 for her silence, his filing says.
He paid the first $15,000, but she upped the demand to $15 million, the suit says.
Garrett claims that when he refused the offer, Karson sued, claiming he not only forced her to drink his urine but also tried to hire a sex slave.
He calls the “scandalous allegations” false, but admits in court papers that Youdan “threatened to reveal private confidential information.”
Karson’s attorney, Eddie Hayes, said he was not surprised by Garrett’s countersuit.
“What do you expect him to say? ‘I’m a pervert and I’m not safe to be around?’ ” Hayes said.
