Perv: Slap too rough
The three women sex partners secretly videotaped by ex-Morgan Stanley banker John C. Kelly aren’t the only ones unhappy with what they call a wrist-slap sentence he got on Tuesday.
Kelly’s lawyer called the 10 days’ community service a raw deal — — saying the Manhattan DA’s Office bungled its investigation.
Kelly, 34, (inset) was indicted on felony charges after investigators received “manipulated” images edited by an accuser, defense attorney Sarita Kedia claimed.
Then, in an even bigger flub, a number of the images were “inadvertently” deleted, Kedia claimed.
Kelly was sentenced to a conditional discharge and just 10 days of community service after copping to two charges of attempted unlawful surveillance before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ronald Zweibel.
One taped woman called the deal “disgraceful” since Kelly isn’t “remorseful” for secretly recording the women performing dozens of sex acts — and showing the clips to a pal.
