‘Scammer’ flunks U

A Queens woman has been indicted for her alleged role in a student-visa scam uncovered after authorities set up a fake university.

Ting Xue, 28, faces one count of conspiracy and seven counts of visa fraud, the US Attorney’s Office said.

Defense attorney Chunyu Jean Wang says the charges will be “adamantly fought.”
