A hamster broke its right “arm” — front paw, actually — and was treated with the world’s tiniest cast. This picture, originally posted on Reddit, melted the Internet with its over-the-top cuteness.

The adorable image was cap- tioned: “Little fellow broke his arm.” Among Reddit comments under the photo were: “Can I sign it?” and “Awwww poor baby! Feel better soon little fluffer!”

There was no reference to the photo’s source or the condition of the little patient.
