Landlord slayer guilty

-

A Brooklyn man was found guilty Monday in the murder of Williamsburg landlord Menachem Stark in a botched kidnapping and robbery.

Kendel Felix, 29, faces 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced on Oct. 19.

The jury found him guilty of first-degree kidnapping and second-degree murder, after two days of deliberation. He was found not guilty of second-degree robbery.

As Felix sat stone-faced next to defense attorney Jack Goldberg in Brooklyn Supreme Court, one juror sobbed uncontrollably.

Felix was arrested in April 2014 and confessed on tape, telling authorities he was only the driver and he and his cronies planned to rob Stark, not kill him.

Stark, 39, died in the getaway car after someone sat on his chest. His body was found the next day, smoldering in a Dumpster.
