Asian apps nixed: suit

The Department of Labor on Monday filed a lawsuit against Palantir Technologies, alleging the data analysis company systematically discriminated against Asian job applicants. The suit alleges Palantir routinely eliminated Asian applicants in the résumé screening and phone interview phases.
