Porn fiend’s ‘rape scam’

Tricked gals: feds

- By JAMIE SCHRAM

A bogus talent agent raped dozens of women he tricked into believing he was a porn producer — insisting they have sex with him first to star in one of his phony films, according to a federal indictment.

Mario Ambrose Antoine, 33 (inset), of Raymore, Kan., was slapped with a 21-count indictment Monday charging him with rape, sodomy and fraud that could land him in prison for decades.

The ex-photographer — previously convicted of scamming couples out of their wedding-day pictures — launched his latest scheme in August 2011, authorities say.

He allegedly created several online pseudonyms and fake Facebook profiles, posing as a talent agent and videographer.

On his Facebook pages, Antoine allegedly boasted that he owned porn companies such as “Playboy Worldwide,” “Playboy Asia” and “Dash Agency.”

He promised to audition dozens of women in Kansas City, Mo., for modeling po- sitions and to rehearse for parts in his porn movies, court papers claim.

But the women, Antoine noted, were required to have sex with him first to see if they could pass muster, the papers state.

The con artist allegedly recorded his sexcapades with the victims and offered them tens of thousands of dollars to take part in his adult films. He had no intention of ever paying them, prosecutors charge.

He also had the women sign contracts with his bogus companies — and even provided them with forged checks and fake IRS tax forms to try to pass himself off as a legitimate businessman, the indictment states.

In one incident, Antoine allegedly promised to pay $1,000 per shoot to a victim, but reneged on the deal after he and the woman engaged in sex that he filmed.

When the woman complained, he threatened to sell the images of their recorded exploits if she didn’t pay him $9,000 or have sex with him again, according to the papers.
