The suspect pictured here tried to steal a woman’s purse at a Financial District subway station, but ran when she put up a fight, according to authoritie­s Sunday.

The woman, 28, had just exited the turnstile at the Fulton Street station near Nassau Street when a man came up behind her and latched onto her purse at around 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 16, officials said.

The man cut one of the bag’s straps and the victim fell to the ground as she struggled to hang onto the purse, according to cops.

The man eventually gave up and ran toward one of the station’s platforms, they said.

He is about 45 years old, 6-feet tall and weighs about 175 pounds.

He wore large-frame glasses, black headphones, a navy blue baseball hat, a black jacket with white lining, a black, wide-neck T-shirt and black pants, and was holding a black backpack.

The suspect pictured above exposed himself to a 25-year-old woman on an Upper West Side subway train, according to authoritie­s Sunday.

The victim was riding a B train at around 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 25 when the suspect pulled out his genitals near the West 86th Street station, according to officials said. He then fled the train, cops said.

The man is in his 30s or 40s, is around 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
