Police have nabbed a suspect and his pal in a Times Square stabbing, police sources said Monday.

Cops apprehended a man they believe stabbed two people during a fight in front of Madame Tussauds wax museum on West 42nd Street at around 2:15 a.m. Sunday, the sources said.

They also took into custody the suspect’s female friend, who is being questioned as a witness, the sources said.

The two victims, both 25, allegedly got into a fight with the suspect, who pulled out a knife and stabbed one in the chest, leaving him critically injured, the sources said.

The other victim was stabbed in the shoulder and was listed in stable condition, they said.

One of the victims told officers that the suspect tried to get them to give him $40, but investigators are not buying that story, the sources said.

The fight may have stemmed from something that happened between the woman and the victims, the sources said.
