A 22-year-old man was stabbed to death in a building at the East Harlem housing project where he lived, police said.

Tyrell Govan was stabbed Monday at about 6 p.m. on the sixth floor of the Jackie Robinson Houses on East 128th Street near Lexington Avenue, police said.

When cops arrived, Govan was conscious but unresponsi­ve.

Paramedics rushed him to Harlem Hospital Center, where he later died, according to police.

The incident was captured on surveillan­ce video and shows Govan and his attacker coming face-to-face in the stairwell of the building before things turned violent.

No arrests had been made.

A man was stabbed during a robbery in Washington Heights, authoritie­s said.

The 27-year-old victim was walking near the corner of St. Nicholas Avenue and West 182nd Street when he was approached by two men who demanded he turn over cash at about 1:30 a.m. Monday.

When the man refused, a struggle ensued and one of the muggers stabbed him in the abdomen and arm with a silver folding knife, police said.

The thugs fled emptyhande­d, leaving the injured man lying in the street.

The victim was rushed to Columbia Presbyteri­an Medical Center, where he was treated and released.

No arrests have been made.
