Those mysterious mili-military aircraft swooping overver Midtown last week wereere actually on a mission — to practice saving Donald Trump.

A C-130 transport planeane and two HH-60 Pave Hawkawk helicopters that were weav-eaving through a no-fly zone over Manhattan on Dec. 13 were testing how long it would take to get the president-elect out of the city in the event of an attack, sources said Wednesday.

The aircraft looped around Midtown for the 40minute drill as the military crews gauged how many minutes they would have to evacuate Trump from various distances.

The drill also focused on determining the best locations — specifically in Central Park — where a chopper could touch down and extract Trump in the event of an emergency, according to Web site DNA Info.

The park is just three blocks north of Trump Tower, where the presidentelect lives.

“It was the military doing their homework,” a source told the site.

Another source told DNA Info the crews were “making plans on how to remove him, mapping plans and strategizing.”

Their escape route in- volved taking off from Central Park and flying Trump to Washington, DC or a secret government building nearby.

The flyover didn’t just shock tourists, who were concerned about the low altitude of the aircraft — the NYPD, too, had very short notice of Operation Rescue Trump.

Police were never told there would be a large military aircraft like the C-130, which has a wingspan of 130 feet, weaving over Midtown’s skyscrapers at about 3,000 feet. The Empire State Building stands 1,454 feet high.

Concerned New Yorkers took to social media.

circling over manhattan is starting to freak me out,” @OKFineItsMe tweeted.

“Anybody know about the #plane circling #Manhattan right now?” @TheCommunityNYC wrote, tagging the NYPD and Mayor de Blasio.

The aircraft took off from the 106th Rescue Wing on Long Island.
