A 31-year-old man was shot by two thugs who tried to rob him in Harlem early Wednesday, authorities said.

The victim was outside the Rangel Houses along the Harlem River Drive near Frederick Douglass Boulevard when the suspects approached at 2:30 a.m. and one pulled a gun.

When the man refused to hand over valuables, the armed suspect shot him in the leg and the duo fled, cops said.

He was in stable condition at Harlem Hospital.

Police arrested a 48year-old man who allegedly stabbed and critically wounded his brother early Wednesday in Harlem, police sources said.

Marc Brockington wounded Terrance Brockington in an apartment at the Lincoln Houses at 2:30 a.m., sources said.

Paramedics rushed Terrance, 50, to Harlem Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.

Police recovered a knife at the scene and took Marc into custody.

Charges against him were pending.

Police have released a surveillance photo (left) of the man suspected of stabbing a tourist in the head as the victim and his fiancée were in town celebrating their engagement, officials said.

The suspect walked up behind Connor Rasmussen, 23, who was walking with his fiancée and friends along East 46th Street near Madison Avenue in search of a pizzeria at about 1:40 a.m. Sunday.

The thug, reportedly wielding a steak knife, stabbed the victim in the base of the skull.

Rasmussen was not seriously injured.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic man standing about 5-foot-10.

Brooklyn

Police have released the images at right of the suspects who allegedly posed as cops while robbing and carjacking a motorist in Williamsburg.

At 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 11, the 35-year-old victim was stopped at a light at Driggs Avenue and North 11th Street when a black sedan pulled up.

Three men brandishing guns got out of the car, identified themselves as cops and told him to get out of his vehicle and hand over his jewelry.

Two suspects then got into the victim’s car and drove off while the third got back into the black sedan and sped away, officials said.

The three men were described as in their 30s, about 5-foot-11 and wearing black jackets.

The suspect pictured at left swiped $400 from a Bedford-Stuyvesant pharmacy at gunpoint after demanding Xanax, cops said.

He entered Danish Pharmacy at DeKalb Avenue and Taaffe Place at about 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 14, pulled a weapon on an employee and demanded Xanax pills and money, according to police.

The suspect made off with $400 but no Xanax, cops said.

He was described as 30 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall and 180 to 200 pounds.

The Bronx

A predator attempted to sexually assault a 60-yearold woman in Mt. Hope, authorities said.

He followed the victim into her Grand Concourse apartment building and onto an elevator at about 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 17, police investigators said.

When the elevator started ascending, the suspect (above) began fondling himself, cops said.

The woman fled the elevator on her floor but he allegedly followed her down the hall and put her in a headlock. The victim screamed and he fled.

The woman refused medical attention at the scene.

The suspect was described as in his late teens to early 20s, 5-foot-7 and 130 pounds.

Police believe the same suspect recently robbed four other banks in the borough — the first on Sept. 30 and the most recent on Dec. 14 — netting a total of about $12,000.

He was described as about 35 years old, 6-foot-5 to 6-foot-7 and 200 pounds.
