Police on Friday night released a 27-year-old motorist who had turned himself for questionin­g in the fatal hit-and-run death of a popular disk jockey.

Kevin Ozoria, who surrendere­d at the 75th Precinct station house in East New York, was suspected of being the motorist who had left the scene of the accident and tampered with evidence, police said.

But citing insufficie­nt evidence, cops let Ozoria go Friday night.

Jean Paul Guerrero of Harlem — known profession­ally as DJ Jinx Paul — was killed when a car plowed into him at 4 a.m. Monday as he crossed Jamaica Avenue at Sheffield Avenue in Cypress Hills.

Cops found a suspect car at a body shop after a man dropped it off to repair a shattered windshield.

Guerrero, 39, had DJ’d at Mega 97.9 FM.

Police identified the owner of the car via its license plate and VIN, authoritie­s said.

A 24-year-old woman seated in a car was shot in Crown Heights, cops said.

The gunplay occurred at about 10:20 p.m. Thursday at Atlantic and Nostrand avenues, investigat­ors said.

The victim, wounded on the arm, was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition.

The gunman stands about 5-foot-11 and was wearing a gray hoodie, black sweat pants, black hat and white sneakers.

The suspect pictured above stole a suitcase and a package from the hallway of a Bedford-Stuyvesant building, cops said.

The theft happened at about 6 p.m. on Dec. 12 at a building on Lexington Avenue near Franklin Avenue.

He was described as 25 to 30 years old, about 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds, and was wearing all black.

Two robbers stole a cellphone from a 19-year-old man at gunpoint in Cypress Hills, police said.

The suspects ripped off the victim at Crescent Street and Atlantic Avenue at about 9 p.m. on Dec. 8.

The crooks first approached the teen from behind and demanded to see the contents of his pockets.

When the victim refused, one of the men pulled a gun and stole his phone.

The crooks fled north on Crescent Street. The victim wasn’t harmed.

The robbers are believed to be between 19 to 21 years old, cops said.

One suspect was described as about 6 feet tall and sporting a beard, and was wearing a navy blue hoodie and dark sweat pants.

His accomplice was described as about 5-foot-7, and was wearing a white hoodie and dark sweat pants.

A robber attacked a Bensonhurs­t store employee with a screwdrive­r after being caught attempting to pry open a cash register with it, police said.

The suspect (above) was fiddling with the register in the store on 20th Avenue near 83rd Street on Nov. 13 at about 11:05 p.m. while the 59-year-old employee was in the back of the establishm­ent.

When the employee came forward and saw what was happening, the suspect started assaulting him with the screwdrive­r and then fled south on 20th Avenue.

The victim was taken to Lutheran Hospital for treatment of cuts and bruises.

The thug was described as 40 to 45 years old, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 and 200 to 220 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a light-colored hooded sweater, a dark-colored jacket and blue jeans.

Police have released a sketch (above) of the suspect in the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man in Crotona Park.

The gunman, 20 to 25 years old, shot Corey Smith in the back at East 175th Street and Crotona Park North at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The suspect pictured stole a snowblower from an apartment building in Tremont, cops said.

He took the equipment from the tool room on Dec. 17 at 12:15 a.m., police investigat­ors said.

An armed robber stole $500 from a Kingsbridg­e Heights bodega, cops said.

The stickup took place at Derlyn Food at 150 West Kingsbridg­e Road at about 7:10 p.m. Sunday.
