Affleck’s full-time ‘detox’ nurse
BEN Affleck has been spotted walking around LA with a “mystery woman” who Page Six can exclusively reveal is a private, full-time nurse who specializes in 24-hour medical in-home detox care.
Affleck sparked rumors when he was seen looking pale and disheveled and in the company of a petite blonde out and about in Beverly Hills, Calif., earlier this week.
Page Six can exclusively reveal that she is Elizabeth Weaver, the founder of boutique caregiving service Concierge Nursing. Among the services her company offers, according to her Web site, is “in-home detox support . . . 24hour medical in-home detox care and sober companion support for patients recovering from addiction.”
She also offers personalized 24-hour home care that includes “nursing and wellness support, therapy services and more.”
Affleck and wife Jennifer Garner split in 2015 amid reports of his addictions to alcohol and gambling, as well as his alleged infidelities.
In the photos taken this week, a gray, bloated and serious-looking Affleck is seen with a smiling Weaver, who accompanied him to a sushi lunch and a Beverly Hills bookstore. At one point, the beaming blonde is seen holding onto his arm as he remains stone-faced.
Weaver is a graduate of the University of Al- abama’s Capstone College of Nursing and says that as a private-duty nurse she has “worked with the most high-profile clients in Los Angeles and New York City over the past decade.”
Affleck and Garner announced they were divorcing in 2015 after 10 years of marriage and three children. They have remained friends and are often seen together with their kids.
Affleck was at a press junket on Friday for his movie “Live by Night,” which he directed, produced and starred in, and which is set in the Roaring Twenties, when Prohibition failed to stop the flow of booze in an underground network of gangster-run speakeasies. His rep didn’t comment.
