A Russian Internet prankster set up a phony anti-Donald Trump rally, sending an e-mail to those who signed up that translated as, “I pranked many Americans! Hahaha.” But several hundred demonstrat­ors at UC-Berkeley got the last laugh after signing up by organizing themselves and taking to the streets anyway.
