Trouble-plagued city “Taxi King” Gene Freidman is facing harassment charges for allegedly telling a former business partner “Don’t f--k with me!” cops said Wednesday.

Freidman (right) — who has been in a downward spiral of debt, divorce and lawsuits — allegedly made the remark during a phone call last month to Savas Tsitiridis, who in a lawsuit is accusing the taxi-medallion magnate of ripping off a cab operation the two ran.

“You know who I am. Don’t f--k with me!” Freidman allegedly told Tsitiridis during the Jan. 13 call.

Tsitiridis, 57, who filed the suit last year, told cops the remark made him fear for his life.

Police charged Friedman with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, sources said. He turned himself in Wednesday afternoon.

A judge gave Freidman a deskappearance ticket and released him, cops said.

Reps for Tsitiridis and Freidman did not return calls for comment.

Freidman, who manages more than 800 taxis in the city, had to turn over 46 of his cabs and medallions last month to help pay millions in bankruptcy debt.

His cab-ownership operations have reportedly hit hard times thanks to ride-share apps such as Uber.

The state Attorney General’s Office appointed a trustee to oversee Freidman’s businesses last year, saying he can’t be trusted to run them himself.

Also, his landlord evicted him from his longtime business offices and he is still embroiled in a handful of lawsuits with various business partners and owes the state and city millions of dollars.

The mogul was also charged with assault in 2015 for allegedly choking his then-wife. He pleaded guilty to harassment. The 24-year-old spouse then sued him for divorce.
