He wanted her on the next plane back to Russia, so he wouldn’t end up in handcuffs.

Eliot Spitzer convinced his hooker gal pal to leave an NYPD station house before she could file assault charges against him for a bloody night in his $1,000-a-night Plaza suite, new court papers claim.

He even drove Svetlana Travis to Kennedy Airport after the fight, which included the love gov ripping up a stack of $100 bills while calling her a “Russian whore,” the papers say.

“During her stay at the precinct, Ms. Travis received numerous communications from [Spitzer] telling her, in essence, not to cooperate with law enforcement and to leave the precinct without signing anything,” she claims in her Manhattan Supreme Court filing.

“Pursuant to his request, Ms. Travis left the precinct and met [Spitzer] in his car, on the corner of the Midtown North Precinct,” her lawyer, Joseph W. Murray, writes on her behalf.

Ultimately, Spitzer was never charged in the case.

Instead, he turned the tables on Travis, 26, accusing her of extorting $400,000 in hush money from him over the course of their 2014-2016 relationship.

Now Travis is putting her own spin on the affair as she sits in a Rikers Island jail cell, unable to post $1 million bail on grand-larceny charges.

She filed the court papers to seek more evidence from prosecutors.

Spitzer “arrived at the hotel suite expecting to have sexual intercourse with Defendant,” the papers say.

When she declined, Spitzer angrily shouted, “What am I paying you for?” and stormed out, she claims. But back he came later that night, still angry, she says.

Travis had just emerged from the shower and was wearing nothing but a bathrobe, the papers dish.

Spitzer “opened the bathroom door, entered the bathroom and grabbed Ms. Travis around the neck,” the filing alleges.

Soon, he had thrown her onto the bed then onto the floor, kicking her luggage into her head and body, the filing says.

Then he pulled eightg $100 bills out of herer wallet, rip-ripping them inn half one by one while shouting, “You’re a Russian whore!”

Travis had previ-previously told doc-doctors and copsops that night thathat Spitzer alsoo threatened to kill her and her dog — allegations she does not repeat in these latestst papers.

Instead, she describes Spitzer accusingusing her angrily of “f--king otherther guys behind my back' and doing everything he could to keep the cops at bay. Spitzer denied through a spokesman that he pressured her not to help cops. “We have neither received nor reviewed Ms. Zakharova’s submission,” a spokesmanspoke said, using the divorcedvorced Travis’ maiden name. “HoweHowever, it is entirely clear Mr. SpitzerSp was the subject of repeatedrepeat extortionate acts by Ms. ZaZakharova, as set forth in her pepending indictment. Any allegationallega that Mr. Spitzer suggestedsugge she not fully cooperate with the police is entirely false.”
