A mother of three was stabbed to death early Saturday inside her Harlem apartment — the second time in two months that a woman has been killed in a building that some tenants now fear is “cursed.”

Cops arrived at 640 W. 153rd St. — where, in December, teacher Felicia Barahona and her son, Miguel, 4, were killed — at around 3:50 a.m., responding to a 911 call of a loud argument inside a fourthfloor apartment, police sources said.

Police found a trail of blood outside the building, likely left by the killer, stretching nearly half a block to Broadway, according to the sources and neighbors.

Inside, they discovered Eloise Liz, 48, dead on the floor in her apartment, stabbed multiple times in the chest, police said.

“Oh, my God! Oh, my God! No, no, no! Don’t tell me that!” wailed a woman, believed to be a relative, outside the building.

Tenants of the building were shaken that another friend and neighbor was killed, and stunned that lightning could strike twice.

“Creepy!” one frightenedhtened tenant said. “This iss too much. I’m like, ‘Iss it cursed?’ ”

Added another: “It’ss really bad. Really bad for the people who live in the building.”

Police said Liz had an arrest record, but wouldould not specify for what.

Friends and neighborsrs de-described Liz (inset) as aa “nor-normal, happy person” whoho sold jewelry for a livingg and adored herr three kids, Leslie,ie, 31, Salvador, 27, and youngest, Michael, 26.6. She dressed wellell and lived whatat ap-appeared to bebe a “stress-freee life,” often seen walk-walking her dog.g.

Barahona,na, 36, was discoveredovered with an electrical cordd tied around her neck the day af-after Christmas in her third-thirdfloor living room. Herer son was also strangled.

Her former studentnt and the child’s father, Isaac Duran Infante, 23, has confessed to the murders.

Tenant Bernice Sosa, 40, recalled that in December, it was Liz who rushed to calm her friend after Barahona was killed.

“I don’t think it was random,” Liz said at the time “I think it was a personal issue.”
