J.Lo has baby advice for Bey
JENNIFER Lopez has some advice for Beyoncé, who is pregnant with twins. Lopez — who has 9-yearold twins Max and Emme with exhusband singer Marc Anthony — said her words to Queen Bey would be, “Nothing can prepare you for twins. I certainly was not prepared. I would say, ‘ Stay calm.’ ” The 47-yearold Lopez walked the red carpet for a screening of the Season 2 premiere of her show, “Shades of Blue,” on Wednesday at the Roxy Cinema. She credits her New York roots with part of the success of the NBC cop drama. “My Bronx upbringing really helped with my role as Harlee. This is such a New York show. It is easy for me, in a sense . . . I know what it is to be a New Yorker. I don’t have to put on an accent, I know what the attitude is,” she told Page Six. But Lopez added that she does get injured from her stunts on the show. “I do come home with a lot of bumps and bruises [from] this show. You would be surprised the different things that give you bumps and bruises when you are acting. It can just be having to slam a door . . . having to punch a wall and you think that nothing is really going to happen ... you can hurt yourself so easily.” Others at the NBC and Cinema Society premiere and after-party at Tutto il Giorno included Harry Connick Jr, Joe and Kevin Jonas, Maxwell, former “Rocky” star Carl Weathers and director Paul Haggis. Lopez’s series returns to TV on Sunday. Beyoncé and husband Jay Z made surprise appearances at two Harvey Weinstein events over Oscars weekend, and Page Six reported that Beyoncé was telling guests she’d know the genders of her twins in “two weeks.”
