These diplomats skirted arrest or prosecutio­n in the past two years when their countries refused to waive diplomatic immunity:

GERMANY Joachim Haubrichs, 56,

administra­tive attaché to the German Consulate

Could have faced assault charges on Oct. 17, 2016, after, cops say, he punched his wife in their Upper East Side apartment bedroom.

HAITI Marie Altagrace Astride Richie Nazaire,

minister counselor for Haiti at the United Nations.

Could have faced charges for allegedly choking an employee at her Corona, Queens, apartment on Mary 4, 2015.

ZAMBIA Langford Banda, 41,

second secretary of communicat­ions for Zambia’s UN Mission

Walked away from DWI charges on Feb. 9, 2015, after allegedly slamming his 2006 BMW into a parked NYPD van on 180th Street near 90th Avenue in Queens, injuring two officers.

SUDAN Mohammed Abdalla Ali Mohammed, 49,

Sudanese Mission to the United Nations.

Arrested on Jan. 9. Cops say he grinded against a woman on an uptown Manhattan 4 train.

ECUADOR Luis Alberto Lopez Erazo, 35, rep at UN

General Assembly

Charged with sexual abuse on July 6, 2015, for allegedly maneuverin­g an umbrella between the legs of a woman riding a northbound 4 or 5 train in Midtown.

ETHIOPIA Robinson Zelalem Beyene, rep at UN

General Assembly

Cops said on Oct. 20, 2015, he pilfered a purse at a UN building containing credit cards, cash and a State Department diplomatic ID. The stolen credit card was later used to buy $1,694.10 worth of items at a diplomatic duty-free shop.

UGANDA Robert Mugimba, Ministry of Foreign

Affairs

The NYPD had “probable cause” to arrest him twice — first on Aug. 15, 2015, for allegedly assaulting his wife and on Oct. 27, 2015, after police received informatio­n that the couple worked a housekeepe­r 18 hours a day, seven days a week for $200 a month.
