NFL: Former Jet Folk signs with Buccaneers Veteran kicker Nick Folk has signed with the Buccaneers. The 10-year pro spent the past seven seasons with the New York Jets, ranking second in franchise history with 172 field goals. He was 27-of-31 last season while converting 24 of 26 extra point attempts.

The Buffalo Bills have addressed a key offseason need at receiver by agreeing to sign free agent Andre Holmes. Listed at 6-foot-5 and 208 pounds, Holmes was limited to 14 catches for 126 yards and three touchdowns in 16 games last season with Oakland. His best year came in 2014, when he had 47 catches for a team-leading 693 yards and four touchdowns. NBA: Harden drops 40, keeps triple-double streak

James Harden scored 40 points and finished with his fourth straight triple-double as the Rockets beat the Nuggets 109-105 in Denver on Saturday night. Harden had 10 rebounds and 10 assists during his second consecutiv­e triple-double with 40 or more points.

Russell Westbrook had 28 points, eight rebounds and 10 assists to help the Thunder roll past the Kings, 110-94, in Oklahoma City. Westbrook had a triple-double in each of the first four games of their five-game win streak.

In Los Angeles, Blake Griffin scored 23 points and the Clippers capitalize­d on the Cavaliers resting LeBron James, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving in an easy 108-78 victory. NHL: Caps down Lightning to clinch playoff spot

Oklahoma State coach Brad Underwood is leaving Stillwater for Illinois after just one season, calling the chance to lead the Fighting Illini a “once in a lifetime opportunit­y.” Underwood spent three successful seasons at Stephen F. Austin before signing on to coach Oklahoma State for 2016-17.

In Waco, Texas, Kalani Brown scored 21 points and top-seeded Baylor overwhelme­d Texas Southern, 119-30, in the most lopsided women’s NCAA Tournament game ever. The 89-point margin broke the previous record 74-point win by Tennessee over North Carolina A&T (111-37) in 1994.

TENNIS: Federer, Wawrinka advance to final Roger Federer defeated Jack Sock 6-1, 7-6 (4) Saturday to reach the BNP Paribas Open final in Indian Wells, Calif., in pursuit of his record-tying fifth title in the desert. Federer will play Stan Wawrinka in an all-Swiss title match after Wawrinka eased past Pablo Carreno Busta 6-3, 6-3.
