$1.2M 'GOLD DIG'
She’d only have sex at swanky hotels: suit
A lonely movie producer has filed suit against an allegedly heartless vixen he says bilked him out of $1.2 million under the guise of promoting his films — but instead romanced him into paying for caviar facials, a Central Park South pad and “extremely sexy lingerie.” Producer Dean Bivins claims temptress Nava Ziva Shapiro won his heart while masquerading as a film-industry consultant and broker who would help promote his works. But instead of helping boost his films, the alleged vamp lured him into a love affair where she would put out only in the lap of luxury. The sexy scammer “claimed that because she was raised in an Orthodox Jewish family, she needed to wear extremely sexy lingerie and designer shoes in order to be comfortable being intimate,” and could be “romantic” only in ritzy hotels “on those rare occasions” that she would have sex with Bivins, according to the suit.
Bivins, 53, who admits he was an “easy target” because “had not been in a romantic relationship with a woman for over 10 years,” paid for swanky hotels like the Ritz-Carlton and the Waldorf Astoria, the Manhattan Supreme Court papers say.
But all the while, Shapiro was “pretending to be in love with him,” while she was actually stealing his credit-card information and making extravagant purchases without his knowledge, the suit claims.
Over the course of their relationship, which lasted only from May to December of last year, the 48-yearold seductress spent $260,000 on designer clothes, $408,640.94 on high-end furniture, $130,700 on home accessories, and other luxuries, the complaint states.
He was also coughing up $5,000 for weekly massages she claimed she needed due to back pain from her breast implants, he says.
Yet when the “Groovy Boots Productions” owner tried to break it off, Shapiro had him arrested for alleged assault, sued him for $25 million and sent purported accomplices to threaten him.
A lawyer for Shapiro said his client denies the allegations entirely.
Bivins did not return a request for comment.
