A man fell to his death early Saturday from a Brooklyn apartment building after a night of partying, police and neighbors said.

Tyler Wyatt, 21, was found unconscious on the ground at 924 Metropolitan Ave. in East Williamsburg at 2:30 a.m., authorities said.

Police believe Wyatt (right), who lives nearby, was intoxicated when he leaned out a fourth-floor window and fell.

“I heard a noise that sounded like a tire popping,” neighbor Lance Neyland, 27, said. “We heard a bunch of people running down the stairs and screaming and yelling. At first I thought it was just people being drunk and I was going to go down there and tell them to quiet down, but then I looked out the window and I realized what had happened.”

Another neighbor who called 911 when he heard Wyatt fall saw the stricken man on the ground, surrounded by distraught friends.

“They were asking, ‘ Can you hear me?’ And another guy was asking, ‘Any medics? Any medics?’ ” said the third-floor resident, who gave his name as Sam. “They sounded angry and they were yelling back and forth at each other — I guess about why it happened.”

Wyatt later was pronounced dead at Woodhull Hospital. A screen from the window was still on the ground outside the building Saturday, next to the victim’s jacket and a pool of blood.

Wyatt’s was the second death from a fall in Brooklyn in less than 12 hours. At around 5:30 p.m. Friday, a boy, 13, fell to his death while hopping between rooftops in Bushwick.
