Sculptor solidarity

-

The artist who created the bronze “Fearless Girl” — whose permit to stay on Wall Street was extended for 11 months by Mayor de Blasio — has sympathy for the creator of “Charging Bull.”

“Poor Arturo,” Kristen Visbal said of Arturo Di Modica, who has admitted to being upset since the new statue was placed in direct opposition to his snorting beast on International Women’s Day.

“The bull is beautiful, it’s a stunning piece of art,” Visbal told The Post. “But the world changes and we are now running with this bull.”

Visbal confessed she was distressed when she read The Post’s March 20 interview with Di Modica, 76, who complained that “Fearless Girl” had made a mockery of his iconic work. But the Delaware artist is still a fan of her rival’s abilities.

“As an artist, he’s exceptional,” she said.
