Montel is a no-show

FORGET Mariah. Montel Williams is becoming the biggest diva around. Page Six agreed to interview Williams about an issue close to his heart. But the TV personality stood us up without explanation. We later learned that he had backed out after his publicist, Jonathan Franks, whined to Williams that we’d hurt his feelings. (We reported that Franks got into a Twitter spat with a female journalist, during which Franks called her an “arrogant bitch,” among other things.) Williams is developing form: He also backed out of an interview with Bill O’Reilly last year, after which O’Reilly said, “He’s not a man of his word, he’s unprofessional.” We’re beginning to agree.
