It's the wild West Wing

- By MARK MOORE and BOB FREDERICKS

No, it’s not a new episode of “Celebrity Apprentice” — it’s President Trump grinning like a star-struck fanboy as he plays host in the Oval Office to Sarah Palin, Ted Nugent and Kid Rock.

The bizarre summit — which also included Nugent’s wife, Shemane Deziel, and Rock’s new fiancée, Audrey Berry — followed a Wednesday-night White House dinner.

The visit included a tour — during which Rock, Palin and Nugent stopped to mock Hillary Clinton in front of her official portrait as first lady (right).

“A great night at the White House. Thank you to President Trump for the invite!” the ex-Alaska governor and onetime VP candidate said Thursday in a Facebook post, which included photos of her chatting with Trump and his son-in-law/adviser, Jared Kushner.

Nugent, 68, posted a picture on Facebook showing him shaking hands with the president, along with a rambling caption.

“So today is the 242nd anniversary of The Shot Heard Round The World is it! Well well well looky looky here boogie chillin’, I got your Shot Heard Round The World right here in big ol greazyass Washington DC where your 1 & only MotorCity Madman WhackMaster StrapAssasin1 dined with President Donald J Trump at the WhiteHouse to Make America Great Again! Got that?” the rocker wrote.

Nugent, an avid hunter, offered a more coherent recap of the dinner in a post on the Deer & Deer Hunting site.

“We didn’t actually confirm that I will be organizing annual deer hunts at Camp David, but . . . we discussed various quality of life issues and how entrenched status quo political correctness has wrecked everything it has touched and how his administration is focused and dedicated to get back to the US Constitutional basics of government of, by and for the people,” he said.

In a Facebook Live video Thursday, Nugent said Trump had invited him.

“I was moved by the genuine sincerity, down-to-earth and most importantly believable concern and openness, uninhibitedness, family attitude, and spirit of President Trump when he greeted us at the White House,” he said.
