A 3-month-old boy was found dead in his mom’s bed in The Bronx on Saturday night, authorities said — less than a month after the baby’s dad wrote online that he was worried she “almost killed’’ the child.

The family has a history with the city Administration for Children’s Services — with another son having been taken away at birth for nine months because of his parents’ drug use, court records show.

Alexondra Ambrosini, 32, was sleeping with her son, Mark Ruane Jr., at their Ogden Avenue home when she awoke at around 11:30 p.m. and couldn’t rouse the infant, law-enforcement sources said.

Ambrosini, who has received mental-health treatment, called 911, and the baby was rushed to Bronx Lebanon Hospital but couldn’t be saved, police said.

The mom was admitted to the hospital’s psychiatric ward, where she appeared exhausted and sedated, with scratches all over her hands. She declined to comment to The Post on Sunday.

Cops said there was no apparent trauma to the baby’s body. They and ACS are still investigating, according to the agency.

The city Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause of death.

Ambrosini and the boy’s father, Mark Lodger Ruane, 35, also have a 2-year-old son, Emerald.

The parents tested positive for cocaine, benzodiazepines, and marijuana when Emerald was born in 2015, and the youngster was taken away, according to court documents.

Both parents also were on methadone, and Ambrosini was receiving mental-health treatment at the time, according to court papers.

The pair subsequently sued the agency and the social workers who said Emerald was in “imminent danger,” claiming the drug allegations were bogus.

The legal battle is still ongoing, but the couple’s relationship seems to be done.

Last month, Ruane filed a letter requesting a new court date, saying the couple had split up and that he was busy moving out of their apartment, court documents show.

In a Facebook post around the same time, he suggested that the kids were in danger living with Ambrosini and aired his appar- ent dislike of “Child Protective Services.’’

“I hate CPS, I don’t wanna call them but she won’t communicate and assure me my kids are safe after I read an email from her mom to her dad saying she almost killed my two month old,” he wrote in the March 28 posting.

When the couple did live to- gether, they regularly engaged in screaming matches, and the baby was often howling, according to neighbors.

“There was always fighting in the apartment,” a neighbor, who declined to give his name, said in Spanish. “We heard the baby crying all the time.”
