MARK Wahlberg’s family business Wahlburgers just opened its first Manhattan location on the Upper East Side, but the star (above) tells Page Six: “We are looking for a spot in Times Square . . . If you can make it in New York you can make it anywhere.” He added, “My brother Paul is the total creative outlet ... from the food all the way down to the business, he is the mastermind.” The married sex symbol revealed: “I think [it’s] sexy when a woman can go out and eat what she wants, and then orders a beer on top of that.”
