Subway perv gets only 60 days
A former Chelsea Piers youth ice-hockey referee was offered a sweet plea deal Tuesday despite charges that he groped five women on the subway — including twin sisters in separate incidents.
Instead, Kenneth Jacobson, 45, was allowed to admit guilt to one count of forcible touching in exchange for 60 days in jail.
Prosecutors asked for no less than two years, but Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Jill Konviser extended the offer over their objections.
Jacobson rubbed the thigh of a 24-year-old woman on a 1 train near 66th Street on Sept. 19, 2016. He did the same thing two days later to an 18-year-old near the Times Square station, and she snapped a picture.
After she reported the incident, her 18-year-old twin told cops that the same man had touched her on the train when she was just 13.
