‘Rape’ jailer ‘exposed’

A guard at the Brooklyn Detentition Center allegedly bragged ababout his unusual penis as he sexually assaulted female inmates — so the feds made him drop his pants as evidence against him, prosecutors said Thursday. Three of Lt. Eugenio Perez’s fifive victims separately gave investitigators matching descriptions of ththe prison guard’s penis, right downdown to the nickname he bestowstowed on it, according to nenew court papers. Brooklyn federal prosecutors were then able to confirm the description thanks to a search warrant orderinging Perez to show off his penis one more time — for the recorrecord. Perez, 46, of Brooklyn was one of three BrooBrooklyn Detention Centerter guards chcharged Thursday with rape and sexusexual abuse. Carlos RichRichard Martinez, 47, and Armando Moronta,M 39, are the other two.
