Spiegel & Kerr ready to wed

-

SNAPCHAT billionaire Evan Spiegel and supermodel Miranda Kerr are rumored to be getting married this weekend in a superprivate ceremony at their LA home, sources tell Page Six.

Spiegel, 26, and Kerr, 34, are expected to say their vows in front of around just 30 guests at their mansion in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, according to close friends.

A source told Page Six, “The wedding will be beautiful, supersmall and private, with only around 30 guests — just very close friends and family. Both Miranda and Evan wanted the ceremony to be very private.”

They were engaged in July 2016 after first meeting at a dinner party in New York in 2014. The Victoria’s Secret Angel and Kora Organics beauty mogul announced their engagement on social media. “I said yes!!!” she captioned a photo of her new sparkling diamond ring.

She later said of their engagement, “[Was I expecting it?] Absolutely not. He said to me, ‘Miranda, I’m telling you now, this is the first and last time I’m going to kneel down in front of you.’ ” She added,“I was terribly nervous and emotional, trembling with happiness.”

She also said that, despite their age difference, they have a lot in common, telling Paris Match, “We spend hours talking about everything. He listens to me and he understands me. He works very hard and he’s proud that I’ve started my own business. He gives me tons of advice. He’s my soulmate.”

Last year, the couple bought a $12 million mansion in Brentwood. The seven-bedroom, 7,164-square-foot home comes with sweeping city views, a pool and pool house, home gym and a guest house.

Spiegel was last year said to be worth $4 billion, according to Forbes. But after Snapchat parent company Snap Inc.’s IPO in early March, he and his co-founder Bobby Murphy’s worth rocketed to $5.5 billion each.

Reps for Spiegel and Snap Inc. declined to comment, and Kerr’s reps didn’t get back to us.
