Robert Mueller, the special counsel who is investigating Russian involvement in the 2016 election, emphasized honesty in a graduation speech Monday.

“If you have integrity, nothing else matters, and if you do not have integrity, nothing else matters,” Mueller told the graduates of Tabor Academy in Marion, Mass. “Whatever we do, we must act with honesty.”
