DAVID Arquette has listed the historic O’Melveny House estate in Los Angeles for $8.45 million, according to Variety. The Tudor — named for its first owner, “prominent attorney and noted outdoorsman” Henry O’Melveny — was built in 1908 and is a city landmark. It sits on three-quarters of an acre and has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Arquette bought the home in August 2014 for $7.15 million. He briefly put it on the market last year for $8.5 million, according to the magazine. In the ’30s, O’Melveny moved the entire house about two miles west to its current Windsor Square location.
