YANKEES: Severino leads the Bombers rotation in ERA and batting average against. He is coming off his best start of the season, a 3-0 win over the Royals in which he pitched eight shutout innings and allowed four hits and one walk while striking out seven. Severino is 1-1 in four career starts against the O’s and got a no-decision earlier this season after allowing four runs in five innings of a 6-5 loss.

ORIOLES: After spending the first month on the DL, Tillman will make his fifth start of the season. He took his first loss last time out after getting tagged for four runs in the first two innings of a 4-3 loss to the Twins. He struck out three and walked two in five innings of work. He is 8-6 in 19 career starts against the Yankees.
