‘WAITING FOR HUB TO DIE’

Tycoon, 88, sues

A Manhattan woman is losing patience waiting for her rich, decades-older hubby to die — so she’s trying to help things along by booting him from their home, a new lawsuit charges.

In May, socialite Antonia Kotovos Milonas, 62, forced her feeble shipping-magnate husband, Spiros Milonas, 88, (together above) to change their prenuptial agreement to land an $8.4 million payday, aaccording to a Manhattan civil suit filed by Spiros.

“Given their 27-year age difference, Antonia is disgracefully just waiting for Spiros to die,” the suit says.

“In anticipation of that day she is doing all she can — by threats, abuse and undue influence — to grab as much money for herself through frustrating Spiros’ wishes for his children and grandchildren,” it adds.

The $8.4 million really belongs to Spiros’ two adult children from a previous marriage in the form of their inheritance, the filing claims.

Trusts controlled by the father and his daughters — Sofia Dingle and Claire Milonas — lent the $8.4 million to a real-estate venture called Axia in 2015 and 2016.

Spiros, the head of Ionian Management, and Antonia established Axia to convert an East 72nd Street apartment building into luxury condominiums. The loan allowed the magnate and his second wife to develop the property for lower interest rates and no mortgage taxes, said the family’s longtime attorney, Judd Burstein.

Then the second wife got impatient — and greedy, the suit charges.

“Antonia [even instructed] her housekeeper to pack all of Spiros’ belongings so that she could throw her elderly husband out of their home,” the suit claims.

The couple, who married in 2001, are not divorcing; they still live together in their West 57th Street apartment where she “routinely yells and acts abusively towards Spiros,” the suit says.

Antonia let her husband stay when he agreed to forgive the loan from the family trust funds, according to court papers.

“There’s a special place in hell reserved for Antonia Milonas,” fumed Burstein.

“He’s the subject of the worst elder abuse,” Burstein added, noting that his client, while feeble, is competent enough to file the suit on his own behalf.

The suit seeks at least $10 million in damages.

Antonia did not return messages. Her attorney declined to comment.
