A UAE state fund is in talks with the feds for approval to buy the rest of the partially owned Viceroy Hotel Group, which includes the L’Ermitage in Beverley Hills, Calif., and the Viceroy Central Park New York, from Jho Low, a financier linked by prosecutors to Malaysia’s 1MDB corruption scandal, the Financial Times reported on Sunday.
