Goldman Sachs told a German newspaper the bank is favoring Frankfurt over London as formal negotiations on the UK’s exit from the EU are scheduled to begin Monday. “We started to shift resources to Frankfurt and other European cities,” regional head Richard Gnodde told Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in an interview.
