‘Don’t wait, call hate’

Ross Cellino Jr. and Stephen Barnes — the seemingly inseparable law partners known for their catchy jingle “Don’t Wait, Call 8” — have been at war with each other over nearly every aspect of their business for the past year, according to newly unsealed court papers.

“Cellino and Barnes has effectively ceased to function,” Cellino said in a May 10 lawsuit filed against Barnes.

The suit was unsealed by Buffalo Supreme Court Justice Deborah Chimes Tuesday.
