Kevin Colfer, 23, “continued driving eastbound where he struck the exit gate at Shepard Park . . . continued driving onto the beach and into the ocean where the vehicle got stuck in the sand,” police said.

Colfer, from Cape Canaveral, was busted and no one was injured.
