‘Disco light’ damage

-

IS actor Mickey Rourke going back to his bad-boy days? The star owes the owner of his former Tribeca loft $30,000 in unpaid rent and nearly $10,000 in damages — including the unauthorized installation of “disco light fixtures”— according to a lawsuit. Rourke stopped paying rent for his sprawling pad at 114 Franklin St. in October 2016, a suit filed by the landlord claims, reports The Post’s Julia Marsh. The star, 64, missed the next two months of payments until his lease ran out on Dec. 31, the Manhattan Supreme Court suit says. Rourke also allegedly left holes in the walls, broke the lock, damaged the bathtub and installed “disco light fixtures” that required electrical work to dismantle. He first rented the two-bedroom in November 2014 from Crosstown Realty Holdings under an 18month lease. He extended the lease in April 2016. His rep did not immediately respond to messages seeking comment. Rourke allegedly broke furniture in a $5,000-a-night suite at the Plaza in the ’90s, causing $20,000 in damages.
